The prime minister of Finland is defending foreign rapists (can you say Muslims). He claims it is hate speech to attribute the actions of individuals to a whole class of people. But, but Hillary said it takes a village to raise a child. Another example of liberal double speak.
Immigrants from Afghanistan and Iraq are accused of grooming and exploiting children for sex. According to the Finnish police:
Official statistics from 2017 revealed that Iraqi and Afghan migrants were over represented by up to 40 times in sexual assault suspects compared to that of native Finnish citizens.

I’m not big on collective guilt. However, I have seen and believe that the culture of a community influences the behavior of individuals in that community. I use the term community in the broadest sense. The community may be; cultural, religious, racial, criminal or shared interests.
“Community” gives a place to reside and a sense of belonging. It can validate or condemn the actions of its members. When the community fails to sanction those that deviate from the norm, then the actions seemingly gain acceptance. Some communities reject conventional morality and substitute one of their own making.
Off the top of my head I can name some “communities” that the world would be better off without.
