The issue here appears to be mama is still breast feeding. The feeding schedule, once an hour, interferes with the baby daddy’s visitation rights. He can visit the kid, but he gets mama as a bonus. This is something he is unwilling to do. The judge has ruled that mama needs to ease the kid of the teat and establish a feeding schedule.
