I tried to link to the New York Times story, but was unsuccessful. Power Line Blog provides their take on the Times story with excerpts.

What a bad week to be a liberal. President Trump is nominated for a second term at upbeat Republican Convention. The lab report on George Floyd was released, after a four month delay. He died from an overdose of Fentanyl. The cops didn’t hasten his demise and they couldn’t have prevented it. JK Rowlings told the Kennedy clan to take their award and shove it. Finally, the New York Times published a sympathetic analysis of an “assault rifle” wielding teenager who took out two and a half peaceful protesters in Kenosha.

Then there is this from Ace of Spades Blog. Ace provides a resume and screen shots of the three peaceful protesters shot in Kenosha. The first pictured is Anthony Huber. No, he is not doing a fancy dismount from a skateboard (foreground). Moments before he used the skateboard as a deadly weapon on the shooter.

Anthony Huber, 26, was shot & killed in Kenosha, Wisc. at the BLM riot. He was filmed chasing down the armed teen and hitting him when he was on the ground with a skateboard. He has a criminal history that includes charges of battery & repeat domestic abuse.

Next we have Joseph Rosenbaum. Once you overlook his predilection for child sex abuse his leftist friends say he was a great guy. What is it about BLM/ANTIFA that attracts sex offenders and child predators?

**Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, was the first one killed. Video allegedly shows him chasing teen shooter & throwing something at him. Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender for a sex crime involving a minor.**

Finally there is Gaige Grosskreutz. Unfortunately Gaige survived. He was quoted as saying he is sorry he didn’t kill the kid. He had the means.

The third who was shot (& survived) is Gaige Grosskreutz, 26. He’s a member of the People’s Revolution Movement. He was filmed chasing after the teen w/a pistol. He was shot at close-range in the upper arm. He has a criminal record that includes being intoxicated & armed w/a gun.

Gaige is a convicted felon. He is not allowed to spell gun, let alone have one. What’s that clutched in his hand? I can’t tell you what model it is. But I can tell you it is a Glock. I carried one for the past twenty years.

Give ATF a break here. This guy is going to rack up 100’s of thousands in medical bills. Once he is arrested the Feds pick up the tab.

Turnabout is fair play. ANTIFA/BLM have committed assaults, wholesale looting and theft, and arson with almost no response from government agencies. This is why there is a Second Amendment. People are starting to apply it.
