Catholic Priests had to be Catholic? The church wonders why people are moving away from the church. Maybe it is because the Priests and Church hierarchy don’t believe the bullshit they try to force feed their parishioners.

Dueling Narratives

Sister Deidre Byrne spoke at the Republican convention. Here is what she had to say:

President Trump will stand up against Biden-Harris, who are the most anti-life presidential ticket ever, even supporting the horrors of late-term abortion and infanticide.”

A purported Franciscan friar and priest Daniel Horan responded via twitter. Biden and Horan are both good Catholics. They each support abortions, birth control and same sex marriage all in contravention of church dogma.

“Last night was a shocking and sad reminder that not all religious sisters stand on the side of the oppressed, poor, marginalized, and victims of history,” Horan tweeted in response to Byrne’s remarks. “She may be anti-abortion, but she is as far from being authentically Pro-life in the Catholic tradition
