On the other hand, this guy is surrounded by sorority girls, and he can’t get laid. He may be the only guy in the history of coed colleges that failed in that endeavor. With that in mind, I think his ability to achieve his desired result is slim and none. Look up ineffectual in the dictionary, you will find this guy’s picture. In order for a threat to be credible, it has to be possible. Doesn’t seem likely.

Once in the joint at least he’ll have bragging rights.

Times change. I can’t count the times a pissed off prisoner promised to get me or kill my family. Under Texas law that could be construed as a Terrorist Threat, or Retaliation both offenses. It never occurred to me consider filing charges. Most of the time I ignored it. If I was feeling feisty the big mouth may get a response, “Yeah, right, asshole when you get out bring it on.” I’d have been embarrassed to drop another charge on him.

These days I guess I’d be in trouble for calling an asshole an asshole.
