On Friday FBI Director Comey announced that the agency was reopening the Clinton email case. Democrats are crying foul, that such a move violates long standing Justice Department policy. If this was a case of Comey waking up and deciding that he had screwed the pooch during the previous investigation, I might have some sympathy for this position. But that is not what happened. Abedin-reportedly-pleads-ignorance-how-emails-at-center-latest-Clinton-probe-got-on-computer.
Most of you are relying on the main stream media which means this little snippet of information will escape notice: Flashback-Clinton-cheered-11th-hour-indictment-that-doomed-bush-reelection. Twenty-four years ago Special Prosecutor (there’s a blast from the past) Lawrence Walsh indicted Casper Weinberger the weekend before the election. Blow Job Bill Clinton Serial Rapist and Presidential Candidate at the time, was quick to capitalize on the indictment. He subsequently won the election. The indictment was subsequently thrown out.
Abedin is a co-conspirator in the Clinton email case. She is married to notorious pervert, exhibitionist and wanna be pedophile Anthony Weiner. While those qualities may make Weiner an attractive democrat, he is less so as a husband. Ms. Abedin has split the marital sheets and taken up residence elsewhere. If you are taking notes remember this point, it is important.
One of the reasons for the breakup is that Weiner is accused of being up to his old tricks again, wagging his wee-wee online, while talking dirty. This time his target was a fifteen year old girl. Inherent in the wee-wee wagging is the old game, “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours.” When a fifty-two year old man, even if he is a democrat, says that to a fifteen year old girl that is a crime. When he does it online or, crosses state lines or solicits a minor these are all Federal offenses. That means that the FBI can assume jurisdiction. Throw in a request from local authorities and a high profile target and FBI involvement is virtually guaranteed.
FBI, New York opens up a kiddie porn, child soliciting, or some variation on the theme investigation on Anthony Weiner. This leads to the execution of a search warrant at Weiner’s residence and the seizure of computers. The FBI is looking for dirty pictures sent and received, and online conversations in order to determine just how far Weiner went in his activities. What do they find? Thousands of emails that Abedin said did not exist, or if they existed, had been destroyed. She did this by affidavit and verbally under oath. Some examples of the emails displayed by the MSM indicate that they were transferred from Abedin’s Hillary@treason.com account to a yahoo account.
This isn’t where the FBI intended to go. Even if every email has been accounted for previously that does not shield Abedin from new charges uncovered as a result of the search warrant. There are two ways something becomes classified. The information is gained with or evaluated to be classified at the level determined by the originator or the information is transmitted via a secure network.
Every morning intelligence analysts scan the networks and major newspapers and write a digest of that day’s news stories. This digest is transmitted via a classified network. It is just enough to allow the reader to decide whether to pursue the entire story by going out and buying a newspaper. Here’s a scenario: Secret Sam reads the daily brief on his classified computer. This spurs him to run right out to buy the Washington Post, the source of the original story. Secret Sam is entirely within his rights to discuss the Washington Post story with the stranger seated next to him in the coffee shop. However, if Secret Sam divulges information obtained from his classified computer about the same article, then he committed a security violation and can be prosecuted. The moral of the story classified transmits and stores classified and the government is the one that gets to choose. Once a computer, or fax, or copier is used on the classified side, it is a classified computer always and forever after. Unreasonable as it may seem the government thinks that they ought to have a monopoly on such devices.
The theory is that if the government controls all means for transmitting and legitimately storing such information, then they can track what happens to the information. They don’t have to worry about losing the nuclear launch codes in a divorce action should the guy carrying the “football” get a divorce. Ever seen NSA have a yard sale for surplus computers? Didn’t think so. This is the gist of the problem with Hillary@treason.com. Nobody tracked and nobody knows how many computers are out there because Hillary ignored the system.
According to the NY Times Abedin and Weiner separated on August 29. The ownership of Weiner’s computer may be up for debate in divorce court. Not so in criminal court. The emails were addressed to Abedin. Abedin signed off that she would protect and store classified information appropriately. She presented an affidavit and later testified that she had no more classified information. One can assume she took a variety of personal items, including the pressure cooker given to her by Aunt Minerva. What is clear is she did not take a computer that she stored classified information on. She walked away from it, left in the care, custody and control of a pervert for almost two months. In other words she abandoned the property. It should have remained in her exclusive custody. She has the obligation to protect the information. She cannot transfer it to Weiner. She didn’t do it. She said she did, but she lied. Lies under oath are also known as perjury.
The 900 pound gorilla in the room that nobody discusses is what else is on the computer. The original investigation dealt with the e-mail server Hillary @treason.com. The FBI did not conduct a search but instead had to rely on what the conspirators and co-conspirators decided to give up. The search warrant probably authorized a search for filthy pictures, emails, instant messages and files containing the same. My bet is that when the FBI inadvertently came up with more emails. The stopped what they were doing and got another search warrant for “documents affecting governmental operations”. The actual description is probably four or five paragraphs but would cover everything to ensure that the contents of that computer are laid bare. Who knows it could be: Letters to dear old mom, care of the Muslim Brotherhood, bribes, kickbacks and related shenanigans in support of the ongoing criminal conspiracy known as the Clinton Foundation.
Hillary apologists will try to point out that there is no indication that the emails on Abedin’s computer are from her. Doesn’t matter. This is not about individual emails. But for Hillary, there would have been no Hillary@treason.com. Hillary is responsible for dismantling a system already in place and substituting her creation. That’s the bitch about being in charge, a boss may reap the accolades when something goes right but the boss also gets the blame when things go wrong.
Its not over, Abedin can ride it out until a pardon from her co-conspirators Hillary or Obama comes through or she can flee to a country that does not maintain an extradition treaty with the United States. Hint to the FBI, watch the kid, if he suddenly goes to Egypt to visit Grandma you can bet Mom won’t be far behind.
