We have all seen these bumper stickers.  They irritate the hell out of me and I have finally figured out why.  Here is my translation. I believe it to be an accurate reflection of the sentiments expressed in this one word and of the person who posts such a bumper sticker.

I am a cowardly piece of shit.  My word means nothing.  I have no moral center and will embrace any philosophy as long as it doesn’t require much thought and still allow me to be with the in crowd.  Since I believe in nothing I have no problem embracing two mutually exclusive thoughts.  I don’t trust my judgment to make a stand on any issue but demand that you respect my judgment without question. As the the sign says I will say or do anything to promote my own welfare, fuck everybody else.
