I already know the answer, but what the hell. President Plausible, he of no clothes, but doesn’t his suit look nice? Has taken the oath of office twice, during a time when Muslim Terrorists pose a serious threat to the country.  A threat that he denies. This passage from his book may explain the reluctance. Can he hold both thoughts simultaneously and be true to either?

[The President] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed….

Of course he can, Oaths of Office are meaningless.  It’s just shit you gotta say.  It’s like apologizing when you step on somebody’s toe.  Are you really sorry, of course not.  Glad we cleared that up.
