Court watchers can make an informed guess based on prior criminal history and the timing of his plea. A defendant that pleads prior to indictment gets more time off than one that pleads after. Still, he will have no firm idea what his sentence is until after he fulfills all parts of his agreement. 

I don’t know what spousal privilege entails in the Federal system. Weiner may not be able to testify against his wife. In that case, I don’t know who should be more nervous Hillary or Weiner.
