If I said compare and contrast, I’d be wrong. It’s more like compare and compare. Kids and dogs get along because they seem to possess comparable IQ’s, at least for a while. I guess most kids soon outstrip their dogs.

Not all, we had a female K-9 handler. Everybody agreed when she climbed in the patrol car with her dog. The dog was the brains of the outfit.
