Disconnect

On my list of things to do is to compile a list of the various demands made by the student and black live matter protesters.  This list is valuable because the demands will provide a road map of all the inadequacies of these individuals as students and members of the human race.

Massachusetts Woman Calls for Assassination of Donald Trump at Wednesday Rally – Is Fired From Job

A Massachusetts woman posted a tweet on Sunday calling for the assassination of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Trump was scheduled to speak in Worcester on Wednesday night.

The tweet, by Kalen Rahim, read, “All you Worcester gangsters and what not. You clearly have a mission on Wednesday. Kill Donald Trump”

The rest of the story, is the real story to the Trump Threat.  Ms. Rahim was subsequently fired by her employer.  She, in turn, called the Worcester Police in order to file a complaint against her employer because she was fired.

Regarding the ongoing Princeton protests.  Princeton’s president, Christopher Eisgruber, agrees with some of the points and disagrees with others. Eisgruber did have this to say: “I think that it is harder to be a black student on our campus than it is to be a white student. We should be aiming for a campus in which all students feel equally welcomed.”

This brings up a blog item from regarding the Mismatch of minority students and the institutions they attend.

I had not been working narcotics long before I observed that dopers and dope dealers were “child like” in their actions. By that I meant their impulses and life choices were not those of a fully formed adult.  On search warrants we would go into residences that looked like the kids playroom three days after Christmas.  All of the toys they couldn’t live without scattered around, some broken and the newness worn off. These places would have the latest electronics, videos, games and game consoles, and the trendiest sneakers.

Most of the light fixtures had dead bulbs, there was no food in the refrigerator, plenty of take out wrappers overflowing the trash can.  Nobody could be bothered to take it out.  The beds were without sheets and the closets (for the kids) were bare.  The furniture was all rented.

The master bedroom was a different story.  We would find 20-30 pairs of trackshoes, some with the tags still attached.  We always went for the leather or fake fur coats, because there was always a roll of cash in the pocket.  It was conspicuous consumption with absolutely no consideration for the future.

I started working on crack dealers.  The dealers were exclusively black. In an effort to stay ahead of the police and the hijackers they started staying in motels and renting cars from Enterprise Rent A Car.  Enterprise knows that their company is the rental car company of choice for drug dealers.  The manager I spoke to about it considered drug dealers an under served niche market and laughed about it.

Things fell into a familiar pattern.  A crack dealer would check into a Motel 6, driving an Enterprise rent car and begin conducting business. Invariably the car and the motel room would be rented by somebody else, usually a girlfriend.  At first, I thought having the girlfriend rent the car and motel room was a subterfuge designed  throw off anybody trying to locate the dealer.  I soon realized this wasn’t true, because in the tight knit community of crack dealers everybody knew everybody else, along with their baby mamas, first girlfriend, second girlfriend and next in line girlfriend.

After arresting some of these Motel 6 crack dealers the girlfriends, rent cars all came into focus.  When arrested these guys typically had several thousand dollars in their pocket.  They could have afforded a Marriott, or Holiday Inn but places like those  were beyond their comfort level.  The Motel 6 was as high as they aspired to.  The girlfriends rented the rooms and cars simply because the dealers did not have the social skills or confidence to deal with a room or car rental clerk.

What a disappointment it must be to find out that LBJ’s Great Society doesn’t work.  A new black middle class rose up to administer these programs and found out they didn’t work, couldn’t work without a little connivance and conspiracy. I think these bureaucrats have ownership of a lot of the malfeasance that has gone on. I would like to believe it falls in the category of “no good deed goes unpunished.”  The recipients learned to get ahead you had to play the system and if you could fiddle good enough, life wasn’t bad. But the message taught is screw the system before it screws you. Children brought up in that system thought they were seeing normal, that is until they went off to college.

For the first time in their lives they are seeing normal and they don’t like it one damn bit.  They yearn for the hood where a wink and nod will get you more than hard work ever did.  It explains the disconnect, the inability to understand how things the rest of society takes for granted are interrelated. “What do you mean I got to eat all these damn pancakes? The sign says “all you can eat” put ’em on my plate and that means free.”  It explains calling the police to complain about a boss that doesn’t want to be affiliated with an employee that may have just committed a felony.  It explains a mindset where Snoop Dog can holler nigger and it is OK, but an anonymous voice from a speeding car yelling nigger is  the personal failing of a University President.

I blame President Plausible, they guy with no clothes, but doesn’t his suit fit well?  This total waste of DNA has set the bar so low that his followers aren’t even interested in trying to achieve mediocrity.
