Obama care finally answers why a man has to be covered for a female gynecological examination.

Today the Washington Examiner reports today on the Obama Administration’s new transgender care rules that took effect on January 1. This paragraph in particular caught my eye:

The rule, which went into effect Jan. 1, says that doctors can’t refuse to provide medically necessary health services within their scope of practice because of a patient’s gender identity. For instead, a gynecologist couldn’t refuse to perform a cervical Pap test for a transgender man.

In case you were wondering, here is a description of the procedure. My question is how does a physician go about gathering cells that aren’t there because the target organ doesn’t exist?

A Pap smear (Papanicolau smear; also known as the Pap test) is a screening test for cervical cancer. The test itself involves collection of a sample of cells from a woman’s cervix (the end of the uterus that extends into the vagina) during a routine pelvic exam.

In a 1950 Jimmy Stewart movie “Harvey” the family wanted to have Stewart’s character Elwood P Dowd committed because he had an imaginary friend, “Harvey” a 6’8″ tall rabbit. In 2017 Obama and his minions mandated medical procedures that couldn’t possibly be performed. Who is crazy?
