This goes back to the early seventies.  The movement to ban the use Mafia pretty much  faltered after Joey Gallo commissioned a “hit”  against Joe Columbo during Columbus day activities. Columbo survived, but was only qualified to play third base, as the base, after the shooting.

Remember the “Good Muslims” are all waiting for the “Bad Muslims” to follow the dictates of their murderous religion and murder all non believers, so that the “Good Muslims” can take over without a fight.
