I don’t know if this is anything.  

According to historians, quoted in the Telegraph, Hitler had a tiny malformed penis and just one nut.  This led to his desire to rule the world and kill millions in the process.

Unanswered is whether the physical deformity was an outward manifestation of mental disease or defect.  Or, if the mental disease or defect was a result of not dealing appropriately with a physical defect.

Until this question is resolved maybe the medical profession ought to curb their enthusiasm for lopping off  perfectly good pricks, under the banner of transgenderism.
