Aiding and Abetting High Crimes and Misdemeanors

Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean that you should. The current mass migration of Muslims to Europe and America should give anybody who has ever read the Koran or knows anything of events of the last 70 years cause for concern.  I think Liberals ignore what is plain to see because so much of Middle Eastern thought is based on Islam.  Every good liberal knows religion is bullshit.  Any person or group who adheres to religion is stupid and easily overcome by an enlightened secular liberal. 

Pick up a newspaper or switch on the news to see the latest antics from the “bitter clingers” laugh along with the New York Times at the fundamentalist right.  Muslims dress funny and are so busy trying to figure where east is that they can be easily managed.  If all your enemies are only worthy of contempt, what threat can they pose?

Most people who follow a religion accept the tenants of their religion and with varying degrees of success try to adhere to demands imposed by their faith.  If the Christian religion places reliance on the Ten Commandments, then followers try to hold to all ten.  Nobody, except a Teddy Kennedy or Pelosi would try to bargaining the ten commandments down to six and a half.  It is not rational to believe that Muslims would abandon central tenants of their religion for a bus ticket to the west.

Like the guy who “rubs shit in his hair” and announces it for all to see Muslims have laid out their belief systems.  They have done it with words and deeds.  If the radical Islamists are not representative of the religion, where is the effort in the Muslim world to repudiate their vision of Islam? Crickets. A moderate Muslim stands on the sidelines and waits for the radical Islamists to win. But they are religious, so it is okay to ignore them.

Islam presents a present danger to every man, woman, and child in the United States.  Muslims of every stripe are in America under false pretenses and have committed perjury to enter and remain.  The last time enemy aliens entered the United States, via submarine, six of the eight men involved were convicted and executed, although their only overt act was illegal entry.  Present day Muslims are engaged in propaganda campaigns, recruiting of terrorists, offering support and safe haven to terrorists both here and abroad.  Finally, some have engaged in overt acts of violence in furtherance of the Muslim cause.

Here is a speech given by a Yale educated Imam, hailed as a prominent   Conservative Western Educated Imam. This guy’s message is clear. There are Muslims and there are filthy dirty unbelievers who can convert, die or acknowledge Allah and abandon their culture in favor of Sharia. This guy is not making stuff up it is set out in the Koran, excerpts below.

From the Koran:

[3.151] We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they set up with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and their abode is the fire, and evil is the abode of the unjust.

[4.89] They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah’s way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

[5.33] The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement,

[8.12] When your Lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.

[8.39] And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah; but if they desist, then surely Allah sees what they do.

[9.5] So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

[9.29] Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

[9.111] Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah’s way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.

Ibn Kathir, The Battles of the Prophet, pp. 183-4—Allah, Most High, ordered the believers to prohibit the disbelievers from entering or coming near the sacred Mosque. On that, Quraish thought that this would reduce their profits from trade. Therefore, Allah, Most High, compensated them and ordered them to fight the people of the Book until they embrace Islam or pay the Jizyah. Allah says, “O ye who believe! Truly the pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Tafsir Ibn Kathir (on Qur’an 9:30)—Fighting the Jews and Christians is legislated because they are idolaters and disbelievers. Allah the Exalted encourages the believers to fight the polytheists, disbelieving Jews and Christians, who uttered this terrible statement and utter lies against Allah, the Exalted. As for the Jews, they claimed that Uzayr was the son of God, Allah is free of what they attribute to Him. As for the misguidance of Christians over Isa, it is obvious.

In order to qualify for citizenship an applicant must swear an oath to support the Constitution.  The requirement is set out below. Maintaining a reliance on Sharia law may be practicing a religion but it also rejecting the U.S. Constitution.  President Plausible by pushing Gay marriage has signaled that the practice of religion only goes so far.

Chapter 7 – Attachment to the Constitution​

A. Attachment to the Constitution​​

An applicant for naturalization must show that he or she has been and continues to be a person attached to the principles of the Constitution of the ​United States​ and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the ​United States​ during the statutorily prescribed period.​ [1] “Attachment” is a stronger term than “well disposed” and implies a depth of conviction, which would lead to active support of the Constitution.​ [2]​

Attachment includes both an understanding and a mental attitude including willingness to be attached to the principles of the Constitution. An applicant who is hostile to the basic form of government of the ​United States​, or who does not believe in the principles of the Constitution, is not eligible for naturalization.​ [3] ​​

In order to be admitted to citizenship, naturalization applicants must take the Oath of Allegiance in a public ceremony. At that time, an applicant declares his or her attachment to the ​United States​ and its Constitution.​ [4] ​In order to be admitted to citizenship:​​

•The applicant must understand that he or she is taking the ​oath freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion;​

•The applicant must understand that he or she is s​incerely and absolutely renouncing all foreign allegiance;​​

•The applicant must understand that he or she is giving true faith and allegiance to the ​United States​, its Constitution and laws;​

•The applicant must understand that he or she is intending to make the United States his or her permanent home where he or she will fully assume residency; and​​

•The applicant must understand that he or she is discharging all duties and obligations of citizenship including military and civil service when required by the law.​

The applicant’s true faith and allegiance to the ​United States​ includes supporting and defending the principles of the Constitution by demonstrating an acceptance of the democratic, representational process established by the U.S. Constitution, and the willingness to obey the laws which result from that process.​ [5]

At one point in time Oaths meant something, maybe not in my lifetime.  It used to piss me off when I went to get a search warrant, a requirement is that it is supported by oath or affirmation, and the judge treated the exercise with less deliberation than his lunch order.  I’d raise my right hand and swear to the affidavit while looking him in the eye.
If we are going to let people in to the United States, it would seem that first up would be those who were seeking a path to citizenship.  One of the requirements of citizenship is that citizens swear an oath that “a person attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States”.   “Attachment” is a stronger term than “well disposed” and implies a depth of conviction, which would lead to active support of the Constitution.”
It would seem that Muslims are forced into a Hobson’s Choice in order to complete the requirements for citizenship they must repudiate major portions of their religion.  Or they can adhere to their religious convictions and commit perjury and other immigration related crimes.
It is a felony to advocate the overthrow of the “government” by force or violence.  Sending money, providing support by furnishing safe havens, transportation and weapons all fall under this umbrella.  Creating Internet content in the form of “how to”, propaganda, or recruiting would seem to be a violation under the statute.

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

I am not an attorney.  I have tried to lay out that facts that indicate that Muslims by the nature of their religion are incapable and uninterested in assimilation.  While the issue would be so much clearer with a declaration of war, one is not necessary.  This is because Muslims have committed numerous acts of war upon the United States thus rendering them enemy aliens subject to removal or prosecution.  Under the Smith Act (USC Title 18 2385) it would appear that participants are engaged in a dangerous felony where deadly force is authorized to stop the threat.
