A down and dirty solution to the public bathroom wars.  Close ’em. DOJ has taken the position that not accommodating to the whims of mentally ill sexual deviants is an act of discrimination. If a business does not have a public restroom, how can they discriminate?

DOJ used the same tactics when enforcing the Americans with disability act.  If a business offered a restroom facility to the public, it had to be ADA compliant. If there were no public restrooms the businesses dodged the bullet and didn’t have to do an upgrade. Businesses can avoid the whole controversy by locking their public restrooms.
