I have been highly critical of ISIS and others of their ilk for good reason. That doesn’t mean I can’t give credit where credit is due when they do something right.  ISIS has come up with an incentive program that I feel we can all get behind.  The report from Jammie Wearing Fools:

ISIS Now Feeding Commanders to Dogs as Punishment for Failures

Let’s take a page from ISIS’s book and apply it to politicians.  Every community has a population of unwanted, homeless starving dogs, here is an opportunity to get the animals fed and have fun doing it. There are several formats that are spectator friendly and that would require for instance there is:

The ever popular “coliseum extravaganza”.  Install additional fencing, just add dogs and politicians.  Fun for the whole family.

For the health conscious there is the “running of the hounds”, closed course, hungry dogs and running politicians, if the dogs don’t get them the coronary will!

For cities with limited infrastructure there is the “dog pit”, a backhoe,  starving mutts and politicians. Up close and personal, watch the fun as the politicians try to climb the backs of their competitors, dragging them both back into the pit.

As for attracting the right politicians, they will be self selecting. Just put it out there that under the table honorariums, a bottle of ripple and special attentions by a nearly virgin fifteen year-old hooker should have them beating the door down to attend.
