The only reason he had a job was to meet the terms of his court ordered release. Fifteen minutes into the new job a branch snagged on his ankle monitor. He got dragged into the woodchipper he was feeding. If he hadn’t been wearing the monitor he wouldn’t have been working nor caught up in the machine. He went in feet first. The government was negligent. The monitor manufacturer was negligent; the band should have been break away. He will never have to work again, lawsuits pending.
