In the news this morning are reports that the Clinton staffer who set up her private e-mail server has been given immunity in exchange for testimony. On TV, a meter maid can offer immunity for everything including treason, just to find out who parked illegally.  In real life not so much.

In a real investigation,  everybody involved in the negotiation knows what crimes the suspect is being immunized against. They also know what he is willing to give up in return. In other words,  Where there’s Smoke, there’s fire. 

Given the informant’s position I would expect a whole series of catty e-mails, all of which were thought safely destroyed between the informant and Clinton aides. These e-mails would lay out chapter and verse that the private server is illegal, with all the appropriate cites.  In this version, though we get the replies and the people who made them. Taken together there will be no debate as to who made a conscious decision to break the law.

Once the Ca-Ca hit the fan, I expect there will be more e-mails instructing him to destroy any offending e-mails and possibly a how to or at least micromanagement of the process. Again, these e-mails once through destroyed will provide a list of people involved in the process.  If Hillary isn’t party to the conversation, her closest minions probably will be. In some neighborhoods they call that obstruction of justice. In DC that’s just democrats being democrats, nothing to see here move along.

Who knows before it is all over and done with Anthony Weiner will be taking pictures of his junk again. This so Huma can sell the photos to supplement her jail commissary funds.

It would save wear and tear on everybody if Hillary would just come out and declare a Monarchy and that the Devine Right of Kings applies to her.
