The Difference Between Fact and Opinion

The problem with the MSM, these days, is that so much of the reporting involves presenting opinions and claiming that those opinions are facts. Here is an article that demonstrates the MSM sleight of hand.

Ramiro Gonzales

Gonzales was convicted of kidnapping and raping a woman. After that conviction Gonzales confessed to another kidnapping, rape and murder. He led authorities to the place where he had buried the victim. He was subsequently convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to death. He was executed today June 26, 2024. His lawyers appealed the death sentence claiming that Gonzales no longer represented a threat of future dangerousness.

His lawyer made an unsuccessful appeal claiming that in his opinion and those of select bleeding hearts Gonzales no longer represented a future threat of violence. This is nothing more than an opinion with no basis in fact.

The high court rejected arguments by Gonzales’ lawyers that he had taken responsibility for what he did and that a prosecution expert witness now says he was wrong in testifying that Gonzales would be a future danger to society,

At 6:50 pm Gonzales was executed. Now that he has reached room temperature, Gonzales has no future and represents no threat. That is a fact.
