A judge in New York City rules that a sound cannon, used for crowd control, may be excessive force. 

Extending the judge’s logic, does this mean that loud music is a physical assault and bad loud music is an aggravated assault? Does he intend that deadly force can be an appropriate response to loud rap music? Could this be the end of the Lawrence Welk Show? I can live with that.
