Strictly speaking, this doesn’t fit in the category of: “Nomination For A Hero Badge.” The homeowner acted appropriately. The cops responded and handled the situation. The roomba survived the encounter. For all that, it the whole thing is just half a bubble off.
Cops called to burglars in action and find a roomba. They even showed up with a K-9.
One can only hope that the police K-9 was made of sterner stuff than my sister’s dogs, the raptors. I include their experience with a roomba here as an object lesson. But mostly because it is a great story!
