This guy has been on death row for twenty years. That is twenty years his victims never saw. They kidnapped and robbed a young couple, the Bagleys. Stuffed them in the trunk of their car and shot them both. Then: Bernard lit their vehicle on fire while the Bagleys were still inside it. An autopsy revealed that Todd Bagley was killed by a gunshot wound, but Stacie Bagley’s cause of death was smoke inhalation.

The reality is good street soldiers obey orders. The way to build street cred is to do “what needs to be done.” Certainly a low level thug is not a shot caller. But a low level thug knows and accepts that going in.
