Approximately sixty teens looted a Walgreens in Philadelphia. They then ran down city streets attacking people at random. Video at the link.

I will be accused of being racist for pointing out that the offenders appear to be almost exclusively black. Guess segregation is alive and well in some quarters.

How come it isn’t racist for an ethnic group to band together in a violent mob and engage in felonious acts?
