Stupid Crook Tricks

I’m old and jaded. I was a cop for thirty years. I don’t believe in rehabilitation as a result of outside force. Crooks can be rehabilitated but it is a case of in spite of, rather than follow the leader.

This guy got let out of county jail and made his way to the restricted parking lot for Sheriff’s vehicles. He then attempted to burglarize vehicles parked there, twenty-eight times. Can you say video surveillance? He had a reasonable explanation. He needed transportation.
