The Black Community is broken, maybe irretrievably so.  Here is the latest hero of the moment, Alton Sterling.  Sterling was shot during a violent confrontation with police.  The “Black Community” says he was a wonderful guy. I don’t know whether or not Alton Sterling needed killing, when he was shot.  What I do know is that he has spent his entire adult life heading for that end.  I hope he is not disappointed and got what he wanted.

How many felony convictions, fights with the police, active warrants does it take before the black community says, this is not a nice person.  He is not representative of our hopes and dreams for the future.  We reject him and all his fellow travelers.

I wonder was he a wonderful guy before or after he raped the fourteen year old and knocked her up?  Anybody want to take side bets on whether or not he was current on his child support?

October 31, 2000:  Sterling entered a guilty plea to “Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (a felony) and was placed on probation.  He was nineteen the juvenile, aka baby mama was fourteen at the time. 

March 20, 2003 Sterling was re-sentenced to two and a half years hard time on the above charge. (Probation revocation)

Do we mitigate the domestic violence conviction by pointing out he just slapped the bitch around. He coulda cut her.

May 15, 2008 Sterling was convicted of domestic battery and sentenced to ninety days Parrish prison (county jail).

May be we can argue that if it was really serious the Feds would have picked up the case.

July 19, 2011 Sterling entered a guilty plea for Illegal Carrying a Weapon with CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) received five year prison sentence.

It was just a misunderstanding, Sterling thought go away meant come in.

July 19, 2006, Sterling plea bargained down to three misdemeanors, disorderly conduct, simple assault, simple damage to property and was sentenced to six months.

How was he to know the stuff was stolen?  People give him stuff all the time in exchange for drugs.

January 30, 2006 Sterling entered a plea to Possession of stolen things, down from Simple Burglary.  He was given probation.

May 16, 2016 Bench warrant issued for Sterling for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender

June 14, 2016 Sterling is indicted for Possession of Ecstasy (MDMA)(Felony) and Marijuana (Misdemeanor).  

It appears that there may have been two active felony warrants and one active misdemeanor warrant at the time of his demise.

Here are Alton Sterling’s court records: 317643395-AS-Court-Documents.  I ignored traffic complaints and several probable cause statements.  The probable cause statements may or may not support some of the convictions, but in and of themselves don’t prove a conviction.  The list above, with the exception of the last three are reports of convictions.

I didn’t realize how close I came when I observed that the Black Lives Matter (BLM) crowd were trying to co-opt the unfortunate gorilla as another unfortunate black male killed by the man, because the gorilla would be the most sympathetic on the list.

I’m gonna let a secret out.  Sterling’s family has just hit the ghetto equivalent of the lottery, all those years of putting up with his bullshit is fixing to pay off. The payoff for turds, like Alton, is much lower, so it’s going to take some work. But everybody knows if you want to sell that heap in the driveway you gotta clean it up first. He just needs a little polishing.

statutory rape – mentored young women in the community

Drug dealer – self employed businessman

Any of those thefts or burglaries involve schools – attended school at night
