I’ve been wanting to do a panhandling scam, but haven’t come up with just the right thing.  I came up with a couple but rejected them:  

1. Watch a guy working his intersection and the show up with a 10-99 and offer to help him fill out.
2. Tell the pan handler you’re there to pick up back child support.
3. Open up a stand making panhandling signs
