The British can be just as inconsistent as Americans, I guess it is family trait. It may be why we have gotten along so well over the last 250 years. The War of 1812 was more akin to a family disturbance and even the best families have occasional blowouts.
The British government has done almost everything they can to accommodate and encourage radical Muslims. Just pointing out that Radical Muslims exist is enough to be charged with a hate crime. Yet here comes the BBC, the British Government Broadcasting monopoly with this little gem.
May be there is hope.
