It doesn’t happen often and lord knows never in California, but this time local government did something right. The City council if Milpitas renamed Dixon Landing Road. It is now Barack Obama Boulevard. Depending upon one’s direction of travel the street either begins or terminates in the town dump.

Locals have complained of the stench emanating from the road. Soon the local freeway exit will be labeled Barack Obama Blvd. The stench of the town dump will be a reminder of his failed administration.

Looking at the satellite photo I believe the sewage treatment plant is in close proximity. This may be the most appropriate dedication of a public roadway in the history of the republic.
