Iran now threatening to nuke New York into ‘hellish ruin’

It appears that Iran is offering to embark on an urban renewal plan for New York city. Instead of being a liberal shithole, Iran is going to upgrade the city to a “hellish ruin.” It all depends on how one defines terms.
