I owe Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez an apology. I have pointed out in the past, that her one redeeming feature was a great rack. With the publication of her Green New Deal, it is obvious that she is a towering intellect. In case you haven’t read it, I included a link.

The manifesto is masterful. The overall tone struck a cord with me. I had a sense of deja vu. Then it came to me. The Green New Deal is a brilliant homage to Jonathan Swift’s “A Modest Proposal.” Satire such as Swift’s work doesn’t come around often. Ms. Ocasio-Cortez has given Mr. Swift a run for his money.
