The only thing consistent about liberals is their inconsistency. According to pro-choice, abortion supporters, this is not a picture of a child, since it is in the womb. If they have their way it will never be a child. That is because if they can dissect it in the birth canal it will be just so much unwanted tissue, like a tumor. Using that logic photos of a fetus pre or post-abortion are not photos of children. 

In order to possess or produce child pornography, you must have children. By the pro-choicers logic, the elements of the offense (photos of children) have not been met.
