Assuming that the Supreme Court overturns Roe v Wade, the individual states will have to adopt their own standards regarding abortion. Reports are that 26 states have or are poised to adopt more restrictive abortion laws. Keeping the old liberal screed, “never let a crisis go to waste,” I see an opportunity for California.
