A take off on the “bait car” of TV popularity.  Bicycle left in public park, unattended.  The filmmakers are white and other than distance have made no attempt to conceal themselves. This would seem to indicate that the park is patronized by a variety of people and races.  

When it comes to theft, only one race is represented.  Probably because the video was edited.

Liberals believe that the criminal justice system is stacked against black males. Watch the video.  Could it be that black males are overrepresented in the criminal justice system because they act impulsively? What is a bicycle worth? What is your freedom worth?  Is this a good trade? None of these guys spotted the rope.  What does this say about their planning and observation skills? Some of these guys are teens but some of them are in the twenties and at least one will never see thirty again. What does this say about their competency in pursuing their profession, crime?

Being stupid is not a mitigating factor when considering criminal responsibility.  If they have so little respect for themselves then excuses and explanations are a wasted exercise. Unfortunately, the only takeaway from this experience will be the rap in the nuts they got going over the handlebars.
