I’m not sure but Blow Job Bill Clinton’s cull factor may have just been reached.

The New York City Council has just suspended the United States Constitution, First Amendment by authorizing  a $250,000 fine for mislabeling  a trans person.  They call it “misgendering”.  A person is also in violation if they don’t use the proper made up words that do not exist in any current dictionary.  More about this madness at the link Caitland/Bruce.

Seems like there is a circular argument here.  A mentally ill, delusional person, still equipped with a penis decides that he wants to be a she.  So he is.  Changes his name, then he was a she, wait a minute that’s a Lou Reed song.  A person violates the law when they accurately refer to this individual with the correct pronoun, in this case, “he” because they have mischaracterized the gender of the individual.  But a physical examination will show that the “He” is the correct pronoun.

Next can a profoundly deaf person, whose back is to the speaker complain that a speaker mischaracterized the deaf person’s gender based on an account provided by a third party who did not witness the original event?
