Colorado is at it again! The Colorado Civil Rights Commission is making a second run at the Masterpiece Cake Shop. This time for discrimination against a tranny.
The United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Cake Shop in a previous litigation. That involved the owner’s refusal to bake a cake for a gay wedding, based on his religious convictions. Now a transexual attorney has filed a complaint. Here is a copy of the complaint.
Let me put this in a context for you. This would be similar to a murder defendant claiming the law says a club is a deadly weapon. The law doesn’t say anything about hammers. Because he used a claw hammer he should go free. What this case reveals is that liberals have no regard for the law, except when it goes their way. It doesn’t take a great intellectual leap to figure that the court in supporting his religious convictions meant any activity that offends his religious convictions.
