Woman who wrote ‘How to Murder Your Husband’ arrested for allegedly murdering her husband

A sage once said that an aspiring writer ought to write about something they know. I followed that advice, my first novel is about cops, narcs specifically, dopers and ne’er do wells.

The lady pictured above, has written several romance novels. She also wrote a blog post about how to kill one’s husband. Then her husband showed up dead. She has been charged with his murder.

I wonder if conducting research for her next book is a valid defense?
