Gov. Abbott signed an order that mandates travelers from some states and localities be quarantined at the Texas Border.

The order applies to anyone traveling to Texas from the states of California, Louisiana, and Washington as well as the cities of Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, and Miami

Given the states and localities involved, I think Gov. Abbott should have set up roadblocks and issued a shoot on sight proclamation.
