A Texas death row inmate is claiming his rights will be violated if his pastor isn’t allowed to touch him (laying on of hands) while he gets the needle. This could be another reason to abandon lethal injection and go back to the old ways.
Bring back the electric chair and see how many pastors are interested in laying on the hands when the switch is flipped.
