It has been said that crazy is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Let’s deport the criminal alien! Here is a guy who has been deported twice before. He has been charged with sexual assault and talk is that he will be deported again. Chances are he is leading the charge for deportation. You won’t find this guy arguing to stay in the country. You don’t know that readers will accuse me. Experience tells me I’m right; I will show you my workings.  The first time an illegal enters the country or overstays his or her visa is a non-criminal violation. Path of least resistance, they are sent back to their country of origin. The second time they are caught, it is a criminal violation, and the alien could receive prison time. Path of least resistance the alien accepts deportation, with no criminal charges or a suspended sentence.

This guy has been caught committing a felony. He is being held on local charges. If immigration has their way, he will be turned over to ICE so that they can deport him once again. That means he will not be tried on the sexual assault charge. It also means that he will be back in the United States by Wednesday, Friday if he decides to see his Mexican wife and kids.
