Inclusiveness, Dammit!
According to the New Mexico Court of Appeals a commercial photographer can not pick and choose the clientele or the subject matter. Really? The decision came about because a photographer refused to accommodate a gay couple’s efforts to document their nuptials.
Gay weddings may be the least of a photographers problems. “Hello, I’d like a picture of my dog and I at play.”
I guess decision would apply to variety of alternate lifestyles.
This guy, in Florida, filmed his exploits with a dog and posted them on-line. He was jailed. Maybe he needs to take Horace Greely’s advice, “Go west, young man.”
