Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar has opened an investigation into the transport of wetbacks to Martha’s Vineyard. When pressed he couldn’t identify any violation of a specific statute. He didn’t seem bothered that the action originated in Florida which is outside of his jurisdiction.

There are indications that some wetbacks were recruited in San Antonio. They were then transported to Florida. Given his statement, it was okay to fly the wets to Florida. It only became problematical when those intrepid travelers continued their journey to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s not nice to embarrass liberals.
