Miracle Cure

Ricardo Munoz, No longer crazy.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Ricardo Munoz was diagnosed ten years ago as a bi-polar schizophrenic. Let me put that in layman’s terms. He was crazier than a shithouse rat. The Lancaster police cured him of crazy and now people are raising hell. Some folks are never happy!

Read the story and the comments from the sister. This isn’t a case of a sudden onset. This guy was chronically crazy. In 2019 he stabbed four people. The family knew he was crazy. Chances are the court system and police knew he was crazy. Hell, on a good day Ricardo knew he was crazy.

This guy refused to take his medications. What does that mean? It means that he was under a doctor’s care. Looking at the row house, I’m going to guess the local government funded Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR) was dealing with him. Where were the mental health professionals? Look at the video. Check out the time date stamp. September 13, 2020 at 4: 24 pm, it’s Sunday.

Crazy doctors and resources are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 and 5. No body goes crazy on weekends. Mental health professionals don’t make house calls. So it all comes down to: “It’s the cops fault.”

At the moment that the cop fired, Ricardo Munoz needed killing. He maybe didn’t deserve it. Had agencies designated to handle mental health issues been available they might have prevented it. But they weren’t. One plays the hand they are dealt.

In the detective pulp stories of the 20’s and 30’s writers used terms no longer in vogue today. One such term was to refer to bullets as pills. I guess if the cop is guilty of anything it is dispensing pills without a prescription.

The dearly departed family needs to cheer up. They just won the Ghetto Lottery. All that remains is to discover the prize amount.
