Houston fatal shootings part of nearly 50% jump in homicides

HOUSTON (AP) — A man suspected of fatally shooting three others in less than an hour in different locations in Houston was captured early Thursday, police said, in reporting a nearly 50% uptick in homicides in the city this year.

Somebody ought to tell old Juan. If the shootee isn’t dead it ain’t a homicide.
