Gotta Love A Parade

JFK motorcade, Dallas, November 22, 1963

There are reports that the Biden administration has decided to keep the Kennedy assassination files under wraps. They were scheduled for release, but not any more. This will probably get the conspiracy nuts all upset.

The best argument I have to support the Warren Commission findings should be obvious. Is it reasonable to suppose that the FEDS could keep a far reaching conspiracy under wraps all this time?

I don’t care how good any investigation is. There will always be unanswered questions and bits and pieces that just don’t fit. The reason that they don’t fit is that they are artifacts that had nothing to do with the events in Dallas. The other dynamic in play is that the investigating agencies had two goals. They were gathering evidence to support a prosecution. Secondly, and just as importantly, they wanted to make sure that some other agency got blamed for any short comings in the investigation. Keep in mind:

The theory that I like supports the how the events in Dallas almost sixty years ago came about and why a democrat administration is still suppressing the investigative files.

The original itinerary for the JFK trip included a stop over at LBJ’s ranch in Johnson City, Texas. Deer season had just opened and LBJ proposed that JFK could relax at the ranch and go deer hunting. JFK’s east coast handlers were horrified at the image of the President shooting Bambi and quashed the idea. LBJ had to settle for a parade in Dallas.
