Harris County, Texas Pct 1 Constable’s Alan Rosen has filed suit against a woman to seize her dog. She was seen picking it up by its ears. Dog being picked up by the ears, Texan, captured in a photo, sounds familiar. I’m not siding with the woman, just trying to establish a context.
I know, I know, I found the photo! Hmmm, I don’t remember any lawsuits being filed.
It’s only news when the action doesn’t include a democrat.
