You gotta hand it to the “Big Apple.” New York knows how to make a tourist feel right at home. A French tourist was slashed in the neck. The tourist spoke no English and a translation of his comment after the attack may be incorrect. However, the gist was along the lines of, “It’s like I never left France.”
