Terrorist Grenade Used As Evidence Blows Up In Pakistani Courtroom

An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan had an unexpectedly close encounter with terrorism Monday when a policeman demonstrated how a grenade works by blowing one up in the courtroom.

OOPS, The rest of the story, isn’t so bad. Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) had rendered the device safe, leaving behind only the detonator, so damage was limited. Dry cleaning bill was estimated to be in the thousands.
