Mama calls 911 to complain that her son is crazier than a shit-house rat and causing problems at home. When the cops arrive he swims across a gator infested pond, not once, but twice. Just a guess, but second time around he was a gator entree and lost his forearm.  The question now becomes:  How Long Until The Cops Get Blamed?
