The Cops will have the last laugh on this guy.

I have a friend who was the County attorney. His office prosecuted misdemeanor DWI’s. He claimed that in twenty years not a single defendant who crapped in or pissed his pants ever went to trial. 

Defense attorneys would show up in his office, ready to take the case to trial. Once they got the police report indicating the defendant wee-wee’d or did number 2 in his pants, they were ready to deal.

I guess the defendant would be justified in claiming that, “He got a shitty deal.”
